Talk to a person
ScanWRX is new and small. Mail goes to somebody who can actually change the product rather than to a queue.
Two things worth writing in about
A free home hit a cap
The caps are set at about twice what a large house has, but houses are stranger than any number. If yours is genuinely one household and you have run out of somewhere to put things, say so and we will raise it. Blocking a real house is a worse mistake than the one the cap exists to prevent.
Something is on a public page that should not be
The scan page is readable by anyone with a camera, and the list of what it refuses to show is deliberate and short. If you can see something on one that surprises you, that is the most important mail we can get. It goes straight to the top of the list.
