A free tier that is actually free, and a paid tier that is actually worth it
Most of what makes ScanWRX good is in the free version, because a scanner that cannot scan is not a lead magnet, it is an annoyance. Pro is for the work that comes after the scan: sites you revisit, documents you hand over, and switches you need to interrogate.

Questions people actually ask
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. ScanWRX Free has no time limit, no device limit and no expiry. It does not nag you, it does not watermark the results, and it does not require an account. If it covers what you need, use it forever.
- What happens if I cancel Pro?
- You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then the application returns to the free tier. Everything you have already exported stays yours, and your saved data stays on your own computer — nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
- How many computers can I use Pro on?
- Three at a time by default. You can deactivate a computer from your account page at any moment, which immediately frees the slot for another one. ScanWRX does not tie a license to your hardware, so replacing a motherboard or reinstalling Windows costs you a slot you can free yourself, not a support ticket.
- Does ScanWRX work offline?
- Yes. Scanning never contacts our servers at all. Pro checks in periodically to refresh its entitlement, and keeps working for seven days past that if it cannot reach us — so a week in a building with no signal does not stop you working. The free tier never needs us at all.
- Do you take card details?
- No. Checkout and billing run on Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers, so there is no cardholder data here to lose.
